How can I get the roof planes to build on top of the wall plates? Bonus.....where did these lines come from and what are they?

My problem is this building has roof planes that will not build on top of the wall plates.

The section view shows the height of the wall plates I want the roof to build on.  It also shows some stray lines and I have no idea what layer they are on or where they came from.  The section view is a screen shot.

The plan is zipped and attached.  The middle part of the building will be getting a shed roof.  The rear wall of the building has a 6'7" plate height.  The end part of the building has an 8' plate  height.  I caimage.thumb.png.bbef58783ef65adcba81f181a64499f3.pngnnot get the roofs to build on top of either of these walls.  The roof planes build on who knows what and are higher than the wall plates.

Thanks in advance,

Lane

If you set the room height and then manually draw a roof plane over the exterior wall, it does build correctly. The rafter meets the top plate exactly how you would expect.

You'll also want to reset the walls to the default top height and probably bottom height as well.
