gravattedesign
I have several earlier versions of plan files showing up in the Referenced Plan File of my latest revision. Is there a way to remove these older referenced plan files so they don't load and show up in the Project Browser? I am guessing that the more reference files loaded per CA session could affect performance. I have opened each referenced file to purge referenced plans with no success. Thank you for any insight. SHCanada2
show in the broswer or are in the plan as a reference?. plan is below. There can be many plans in the browser. it does not mean they are linked/referenced. I keep backup copies there that are not linked to anything(other than being part of the project as an un referenced file) Edited Saturday at 10:57 PM by SHCanada2
gravattedesign Posted yesterday at 12:28 AM Author Share Posted yesterday at 12:28 AM SHCanada2- Thank you for the response. My posted image shows that the referenced (unused plans = Intial-Jessee & REV3-Jessee) show up in the Reference Plan List and the Project Browser. These plans are old versions of the project. My goal here is to clean up the Project Browser with only the most recent Plan files for the project. Best regards,

You could just delete the plan by right clicking on it in the browser? Might want to export it first so you had a backup. BTW I sort mine by date so the newest is always at the top Edited yesterday at 02:57 AM by SHCanada2
