Camera View Tools Suddenly Unavailable

In the same exact session that they were previously working. Been hitting quite a few bugs with 17 but I guess it should be expected. I have tried all 3D tools with this same result.

I would call support. They are very responsive.

Sounds like a video card problem but it could be something wrong with just that plan.  If it happens with all plans, then it is almost always a video card problem. In any case, Shane is right, you probably want to work with tech support.

I did. Although my issue is niche I should add here that it was an issue with my roof trusses. The building method calls for the gable trusses to be placed where Chief considers it outside of the wall. I've always accomplished work arounds for this but never been unable to generate 3d views. Support confirmed that it was a bug and passed it on to devs.
