Connecting Walls

Hi people.

 

I have an on going problem getting the exterior walls to connect...the exterior wall to the deck is 15' in height while the other one is a attic wall with stucco on the exterior.  The result is seeing the framing on the corner shown in the exterior picture.  I have been compensating by covering it with a 3D solid but wondering if there is an easier way to draw this so it doesn't result in this type of problem.

 

Any suggestions are welcomed.

Are you referring to the exposed wall above the roof just to the left of the window?
