Adam_Gibson
After viewing many threads and FAQs, I still don't see a straightforward way to achieve this, and I've been a power user for decades. I've been using X17 for a while, with the normal complaints about Managed Mode requiring an export of each project to work on a different machine. That's old news. But now, with a completely new, and ridiculously expensive PC, I see no logical way to export ALL my data to the new machine. I've copied and pasted all the Program Data into the corresponding folders on the new machine. Same with User Data, like toolbars, etc. Nothing is showing up on the new PC, regardless of using mangaged or unmangaged mode. Downloading everything from the Chief website would be time-consuming and wasteful since I already have the files on the old machine. Even when exporting the User Library, the only library that can be exported, hundreds of textures are missing during the export process. I didn't bother trying to import into the new PC since so many textures were missing.

Adam_Gibson
That works fine for User Catalog, but I still don't see how to handle Bonus and Manufacturers.

The backup doesn't physically copy these catalogs, but keeps track of which ones you had when you made it. When you restore from backup on your new machine, the Core, Bonus and Manufacturer catalogs that you had on your old machine should start downloading from our servers. Adam_Gibson
Aha! I spoke too soon. An hour later, the catalogs have deployed. Thank you.
