Ringos
Is there a tutorial or steps someplace that explain the process of modifying an existing door to a different config? I need Door E11 to have a solid top a little different. I need Door E09 to have different lites and Door P05 to have even sized panels. I want to modify these and put them back in chief so they have all the attributes, swings, etc of the stock doors.
Rookie65
Have you looked at the Simpson door bonus catalog for the glass one? Even the TruStile may help with the 3 panel one. The panel/x-buck one might be the hardest to find an option for.
Ringos
I've only used chief for 6 months, but I guess I am tired of searching for hours then ending up with something that is close instead of presenting my clients with exact. It seems like so many Chief related items and processes are almost there but just misses. Customizing doors in Archicad is so nice. I want my models to look like they should not look like I missed it by a bit. So, I am ready to take the plunge into making my own items to reuse.
