I'm looking for an expert in the Home Designer Pro 2025 software to create a house plan from my rough floorplan sketches and provide me with the files that I can than modify or tweak.

I'm in Nebraska, house will be built in 68028. I have a lot with an attached builder.

Well, I don't know the particular local codes there. If you can make those notes and changes, I can get your sketches into a ".plan" file and send it back to you. Then you can change it as needed.
