Truss coming through window

Wondering how to get a window to frame where a truss is. I understand the truss is in the right place. When I place the window, I thought maybe CA would frame around it.

Was the house already framed when you put the window in?

I've reframed the roof several times trying to get the window to frame. The window is in an attic wall.

Looks to me like your trusses are going perpendicular to the roof pitch? If they were parallel, then you might be able to get an opening in the end if you don't use an end truss and just stick frame the gable wall?

You will probably need to create another floor. Draw a room and  place the window. Name the surrounding room attic. Give the new room a name. Ceiling height and such. This will force a roof truss to build as a room truss. OR  Delete that one truss and draw in you own.  CA is powerful but not all powerful. We still have work around.
