set default to move object

Sorry if this is a dumb question but ran a search with no luck.

is there a way to swap the default from move edge to move entire object when I open a dimension to relocate an item lie a CAD box or similar? 

 

When transposing engineering redlines, I use dims to locate CAD items on S pages and normally want to move the entire item - not just resize it.

it gets tiresome moving the check box every time.

I don't believe there is any way to set a default for this.  I've actually meant to send in this request myself.  I think about it almost every time I change that setting but naturally, I'm always in the middle of something and forget to write it down.  I'm gonna send it in right now actually.  You should as well.
