Chief Architect 3D Bathroom Design Help Needed (Quick Turnaround)

Hi there,
I’m looking for a freelancer proficient in Chief Architect (Interiors or Premier) to assist with 3D design and rendering for two bathrooms we’re currently remodeling as well as an outdoor space. We’re just getting started with Chief in-house, but need presentation-ready visuals ASAP while our team is still learning the software.

Project Details:

• 2 bathrooms (2 larger master bath with a custom shower and dual vanity; 1 Outdoor space)

• I will provide:

  • Floorplans or room sketches with dimensions

  • Fixture/selections list

  • Layout inspirations or sample images

• Output requested:

  • .plan file (editable Chief file)

  • 2D layout with dimensions

  • 3–5 3D renderings per bathroom (bonus if you offer 360° views or walkthroughs)

Timeline:

• Looking for a quick turnaround (3–5 business days, or sooner if possible)

Budget:

• Open to quotes—please let me know your typical rates for this type of work.
