Turn My .plan File Into A Finished House Plan/Blueprint

Hi,

 

I have a .plan file that is 98% complete. The interior is done, bathrooms laid out, windows in, Ect…

 

I just need someone to take it and make it drawings that could be handed off to a builder by adding a foundation plan (crawl space, ect…)
