walkout basement with retaining wall

Attached is my plan and a picture with a red line showing where I would like a retaining wall.

 

I am playing around with terrain lines but can't get it to look quite right.

Just looking at the picture I'm assuming you're using regions and lines, but not actual terrain breaks or retaining walls.

Sure enough.

Scooting that elevation line on the right over a little bit and adding a Terrain Break between those lines

will create a break in the terrain where you can add a wall or boulders or whatever.

 

Or using a Terrain Retaining Wall instead, you'll get this
