Your clients will mainly be contractors who have worked with me in the past. Work will mainly be simple house plans, no stamp/seal required. Foundation, floorplan, elevations, simple cross section. Plans should be clean, simple, and easy to read, and priced accordingly. I will not vet or recommend you. I will only be providing contact information. You must sell yourself. I will not be an intermediary, third party, negotiator, or anything else on future projects. Reply if interested.
