How do I decrease the distance between the floor and the terrain?

Hello everyone,

 

I'm rendering this house for a visual for my clients, not for construction.  How do I decrease the space between the house floor and the terrain?  Visually, I want to move the terrain up.

That's the Answer right there.....

 

Click on the grass , which should let you open the Spec. DBX for the Terrain Perimeter, and uncheck Automatic height and adjust the height as needed....

 

* Note  the Text here, Chief wants the Subfloor Height ABOVE the Terrain
