How can I automate the framing of windows and doors.

I created a steel framed structure, see below, but when I add the windows and doors the girts show through, and they are also and missing the framing around them.  Thanks in advance for your help.

PS I tried YouTube and couldn't find anything.

You need to rebuild the framing AFTER you place the windows and doors.
