I have tried changing ever single text location I can possibly think of to change it including the default settings, layer texts, etc. Would love help. The default chief architect text is one of my biggest pet-peeves. Sheet 0 controls your title block and any elements that are driven from the page. Go to sheet 0 and try changing the font.
