Custom Fields in the materials list

I'd like to utilize the Materials List, but it needs a bit of tweaking to show some of the information that i want in the matrix.  

In the materials list there is an option for custom fields.  When I create a custom field, say for Room and then use an associated macro, I don't see Room in the updated table.

As you can see from the model, I'd like to include the glass insert in the cabinet door.   Don't see a way to make that happen.  Any thoughts would be appreciated, thank you

To get additional items into the Material List, you need to use the Components tab.
