Joe_cul Posted March 26 Share Posted March 26 Cross section shows exterior CMU stem wall height 83.5" tall. Room Specification/Structure shows stem wall 57.5" tall and is grayed out. This is a crawl space. The room specification is correct. Don't want to change the height, just want the cross section the 57.5 height. If there is even one room with a floor that has been lowered by accident then this will create the chaos you’re experiencing. The Room Specification shows the height at 57.5", what I want it to be. Some items are grayed out, "floor above", "SWT to Ceiling" and a few others.
