Good day How do you select entire floor to get into floor settings on Mac? Is there good resource with keyboard quick commands?

Can you describe more of what you are looking to do?  If you are looking for plan defaults it is the wrench icon just like with PC...

Thanks with the wrench is there a key command on Mac that opens up the dialog box?

No.  BTW if you go to tools>keyboards and hotkeys you can produce a list of the hotkeys as well as set your own for those that are available.
