GeoffMcNeil
I am trying to import a User Catalog Folder from a Windows computer to a Mac computer. On import of the .calib file into the Mac Library everything appears OK until a popup comes up at the end of the import No files copied. Can someone please advise confirm whether this import is possible, or how to go about it in the Mac system Thanking you Geoff McNeil
Kbird1
Chief is agnostic as far as the OS goes, ( it doesn't care ) so it is something else, you need to import a .calibz file which include the textures, not the just .calib file AFAIK Please do your Forum Signature ( see mine below) so we know what version of Chief and OS's you are working with as Answers frequently depend on the Version the User has. Geoff_McNeil
Thank you for your reply Kbird1. Apparently the Mac computer has programs that are not compatible with Chief x12. A computer guy is reviewing the situation and hopefully all will be sorted out shortly. Thanks anyhow. Geoff

I am not a Mac User but I have not heard of any Issues with X12 on Mac OS that would cause this Issue are you sure you followed the Instructions properly for Exporting the Library on the Window Computer and then Importing it on the Mac? https://www.chiefarchitect.com/support/article/KB-00001/backing-up-chief-architect-content.html#User and https://www.chiefarchitect.com/support/article/KB-00091/restoring-chief-architect-content.html#restoreuser Mick. Geoff_McNeil
Evidently Chief X12 on this Mac is not compatible with Ventura which needs to be downgraded to Big Sur. Computer is currently being upgraded and should work fine from now on in. Thanks for your assistance. Geoff
