Garybills Posted April 6, 2023 Share Posted April 6, 2023 Is the lower level defined as a deck? It looks like its a room other than a deck. I drew a quick house with two decks, one the lower is a deck and the other I marked Balcony and removed the floor finish to expose the OSB.
