Jeffcrigler
This bath appears to work in all the 3d views, but the shower floor pan obscures shower door in working plan view. If I shrink the size of the pan I can "uncover" the door. Mystified. Upstairs South Bathroom - TOBE.plan.zip
Solution robdyck Posted October 7, 2022 Solution Share Posted October 7, 2022 You need to use the Drawing Order tools to control their display in plan view. No offense Jeffrey, but this plan could be used as a textbook example of how not to build a shower in Chief. If you had used an actual glass wall and an actual glass door, this wouldn't be an issue. robdyck
Glad that worked. I'd suggest you give the glass wall a try and the default glass shower door (which I noticed Chief copied from me). Also, may I suggest turning off the layer 'Walls, Main Layer Only'. This will allow the interior surface lines of the wall to display and will make it easier to place items that butt against the drywall. I'd place the shower pan on drawing order #33. That particular shower pan will need to have the stretch planes adjusted in order to be properly resized. I assume you'll be adding a bench to the back of the shower.
