I'm hoping you can help my team and I, we need a designer that can help draft projects and provide constructive design critique. My team handles all correspondence with clients, municipalities, engineers, and subcontractors so we manage the front end, but we need someone on the backend drafting and assisting with design development. We need a subcontractor who is a pro with Chief Architect, has experience with single-family design, and is good working remotely. Anyone with Passive House, Net-Zero or general green building experience is a big plus!
