Electrical Symbols and 1/8" scale plans

Does anyone know of a very simple way to adjust all plan view electrical symbols to be large enough for 1/8" scale plans?

Many of the existing symbols have a text icon that's less than 3" which is really a bit too small for 3/16" scale plans and far too small for 1/8".

Adjusting each CAD symbol one at a time is not an option!
