Cannot insert Millwork from library

I have insert a millwork Baluster X from the core library once but cannot insert it again. I have all the layers turned on. I can copy and past the symbol from another drawing but if I then add the same symbol to the library and insert it again, it does not show. Would anyone now the reason behind it. The drawings and a video attached.

Use the open item within your library to see what layer it is being assigned to and make sure that layer is turned on in your new drawing.

Thanks Eric. It works when you place the symbol in a plan view. I was trying to place it in the elevation view and it did not work. Most of the symbols like rain water pipe and picture frames work both in plan and in elevation. For now, I can manage by placing in the plan but would be interested to know why it is not working in the elevation.
