cortssmith Posted November 23, 2021 Share Posted November 23, 2021 I use CA X13 and Lumion, usually I export the DAE and import into Lumion no problem. I recently got a new laptop that I downloaded CA on so I could work on the go, but I kept Lumion on my desktop. Now, when I export my DAE from my laptop and open it on my desktop in Lumion EVERYTHING IS WHITE. I’ve tried transferring it through email, Google drive, one drive, USB, and I’ve also tried a DWG file instead. The DWG transferred the color but not textures. PLEASE HELP! Do I have to have Lumion on the same computer for the file to stay ’intact’? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Chopsaw Posted November 23, 2021 Share Posted November 23, 2021 When you export a .dae file there is a texture folder that is created at the same time so you need to transfer not only the .dae file but also the texture folder of the same name.
