DeltaHome
We need to submit our plans online to the County Building Dept. I could print the Layout and then have the P.E. stamp each sheet, and then have each sheet scanned, but there will be a degradation of the drawing from that process. What is the best way to add Professional Engineer's Stamp to Layout Drawings?
javatom
Have the engineer add it to your PDF. If it is being done under the engineers direction, they can send you a jpeg of a signed stamp and you can import it into your layout. Make sure they know that you are doing it this way and send them a copy of the stamped version for their records.
SH_Canada
my engineer stamps my layouts (only certain sheets) and sends them back to me. The native PDF is intact as I can still copy and paste text after he signs. He must have a PDF editor/ writer of some sort
