Placement of Electrical Outlet in Cabinet

I would like to be able to display a dishwasher and disposal outlet in the position shown on the attachment (back of the cabinet).  The way I got this to work is to insert a wall, place the outlet, make it invisible, and turn off the invisible wall display.  Is there an easier way?  Outlets can be placed on the side of the island cabinet, why not on the back?

I've never used the symbol options before.  I looked through the CA helps and did see any reference to this (may have missed it).  Thanks so much for the solution!  Just what I needed.
