MichaelSimpson Posted July 9, 2021 Share Posted July 9, 2021 I am attempting to build a deck, off of a second story entry. When I start with the deck railing tool and finish the three sides, to complete the new deck space, it flips the wall, I am attaching it to, so that the exterior is in the inside of the home. Kbird1 Posted July 9, 2021 Share Posted July 9, 2021 Decks don't have Roofs by default , turn it on, on the Room's Structure Tab did you draw the enitre 2 storey house? if not Draw a full 4 sized box house then the Wall won't flip when you add the deck Alt-Q should also let you turn off the Auto Flip of Walls.
