Exterior door symbol with pivot point a foot from the hinge side?

Where can I find an exterior glass panel door symbol with the pivot point a foot in from the edge of the door?

 

 I don’t know what this type of door is called so it’s hard to do a search.

Sorry your screen shot was not showing the first time I posted.

 

You can get this far without too much of an issue for your 2D representation but if you want it to all look right in 3D you will likely need to use a door way and an independently placed door symbol or two on separate layers so you can show open and closed.
