Darwin_Skinner
I have X4 and just loaded it in one of my laptops a few weeks ago, everything is good! except my details that I have saved in my library I bring them out in a cad detail page and they all look great Except when I need to edit them to work with the plan I am working on, I unblock them and some of them go Blank! it like they look great while they are blocked its like I have half the files when they are unblocked they go Blank? Do you have any Ideas why they go blank? I did ask this back a few years ago and I sent the files in to CA but I never heard back from them! But I have not been drawing any plans that needed Oregon details Detail Blocks in my Library go blank when they are unblocked Thank you I hope this is an easy fix!!! I am just learning this new Forum so I hope it works as well as the past ones! Darwin Skinner
dshall
I bet the stuff that disappeared is on a layer that is turned off. Create a new layer set called ALL ON, use that layer set and turn everything on, I bet they are there.
Darwin_Skinner
I will check that and I have a habit of making new layers I always Name them 1- layer-Name and they are not in the new Plan file! that makes me think I will try turn them on and see! I would think that when you block and add to the Library the layered links would follow the blocks! Thank You D. Scott You are the MAN D. Scott Hall that was it! DRAWZILLA
I wish the layer for the text would follow the block layer. I also save details to the lib. b/c sometimes you do need to adjust them and block it again.
