John_B
I need to free up hard-drive space and noticed that I still have the older versions of Chief "Program Data" files....how can I be proof positive that I have them all in X11? I migrated data when I upgraded each time...is it safe to assume that it is there? Hate to "assume" lol!!!
DRAWZILLA
I move all the old data files to my 4tb backup drive. You can always access them if needed. I then delete the old program files because I will never go back and you can always open recent old plan files in the latest version. I do keep 2 versions back but when I get a new version, I uninstall the oldest version. If you work on old versions a lot then by all means keep them if that works better for you but you may have to invest in a larger hard drive.
