Convert Room outline to CAD Lines

I'm trying to figure out how to convert a room outline to CAD lines so I can import those CAD lines into another 3D program.

I want the Grey area outline to convert to CAD lines and export those CAD Lines.

1. Select the Room
2. Click Make Room Polyline
3. Cut
4. Open Blank Plan
5. Paste
6. Switch to All Off Layer set and turn only the layer on that your new polyline lives on.
7. Export>Export Current View and select Export Only Displayed Layers
