X11 Issues after Windows update

I haven't been able to get X-11 to start after the latest automatic update to windows.  Has anyone else experienced this issue?  I've tried the installer repair tool but have not done a complete re-install.  Any suggestions?

haven't heard or the issue or seen anyone else reportt it, but I'd suggest calling tech support before going any further....
