Library Content Didn't Transfer to New Computer

Hello!

I got a new computer (old and new are both Windows) and while the program and my plans transferred okay, my bonus and purchased libraries didn't transfer over. All I have is the basic core library. I've done some searches to try and figure out how to get them back, but I haven't found anything.

Any suggestions or help on how to get my bonus and purchased library back would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry if this is an obvious question, but I haven't figured it out on my own yet and don't know where else to look so I'm hoping someone here might know.

TIA!

Thank you for responding!

I downloaded the program onto the new computer and imported the files with my plans. Everything in the plans transferred over (expect the materials don't show up now), but even with everything in the plans none of my bonus catalogs, purchased library catalogs and .skp files I uploaded into the program transferred over to show up in my library.

I tried updating my library, but I still only have the basic core. I'm fairly certain I will have to re-upload the .skp files - although it would be nice to mass load them from what I had versus having to do them individually - but I would think I should at least be able to access all of the bonus and purchased library catalogs without having to re-upload everything...

Do you have the old Computer and can access the Program?  The Data Folder in My Documents will have some of it including the User Library.
