Adam_Gibson
I"m sure it must be me, but when creating a pull, or getting one from 3D Warehouse, and converting it to a symbol, I don't see how to attach it to a cabinet. When I open the symbol, I assume I should check the radio button "Inserts into Cabinet Front." But it doesn't show up in the library. Who knows the proper way to create cabinet pulls and add to the library?
Joe_Carrick
Import the symbol as "Embedded Geometry" and click "Treat as Handle" in the Options Tab
Adam_Gibson
Joe, where is the option for "Embedded Geometry?" I don't see it during the import process. By the way, I'm trying to import a SketchUp object.
Joe_Carrick
For some reason CA left "Embedded Geometry" out of the Import Symbol Category.
Adam_Gibson
Interesting. And frustrating. Surely, I'm not the only person trying to create cabinet pulls. Anyone else out there? Thanks for trying, Joe!
Joe_Carrick
Adam, Use Symbol Category "Hardware". That has the correct Option: "Treat as Handle"
