Some Doors Have Two Callouts, Some Do Not ??

Has anyone else seen

 this ?

 

Most doors on the plan are doing this, three sets are not.

Does the schedule show that many doors or is it just a doubling of the label and not a doubling of the actual door?

Thanks, was just double labels, Solver knew the answer.
