Homeowners seeking Help with as built in San Jose

We’re homeowners who are looking for an experienced ChiefArchitect user to capture the as-built condition of our home. It’s a 2-story split level (modern) Victorian-style, located in San Jose.

The primary objective is to have a basis for brainstorming remodeling and landscaping ideas that we can then take to a builder or other professional (we have X10).

Are you looking for someone to input the Data you have into a Chief plan file you can then "Play with" ?  ( in which case I can help like Michael above )

Or do you need someone to Come to the House , measure it and then produce the Drawings you need to "Play" with Design Options?
