dhurst Posted January 29, 2018 Share Posted January 29, 2018 I am unable to change my floor platform default. The option to change is grayed out. It's set to 4" concrete slab as the default. This is messing up ALL my room structure defaults. Can someone help me find where I might be able to change to 3/4" sub-floor and 2x10 floor joists? It's also grayed out in the framing defaults. Kbird1 Posted January 29, 2018 Share Posted January 29, 2018 Also check the Room Structure DBX and make sure it is not set to Monolithic Foundation , as it will override the default if so...
