Sitting on 40 acres, 3br. 3ba, office, Off the grid and ADA assessable. ICCF blocks (Concrete Composite From) known as the gray block. Knowing AZ codes would a plus. Want to use green products such as Better Than logs for the siding. Metal roofs, 18' x 16' kitchen, Bi-fold door, 10' wall and the living area 18', metal studs, joists, rafters.
