    I'm looking for a Designer or an Architect to design a 2562sq ft home in Seligman, AZ. 86337. Sitting on 40 acres, 3br. 3ba, office, Off the grid and ADA assessable. ICCF blocks (Concrete Composite From) known as the gray block. Knowing AZ codes would a plus. Want to use green products such as Better Than logs for the siding. Metal roofs, 18' x 16' kitchen, Bi-fold door, 10' wall and the living area 18', metal studs, joists, rafters. Rustic Chic - open faux beams. front & Rear Decks. I have done my homework on all the products.

    I'm starting a new project and I Draftsman or Architect to bring our views to life and working complete blueprints. I'm going to build with ICCF Blocks, (EF Blocks in Tempe,AZ) ICF style blocks, metal joist, craw space, metal roof, siding is Better Then Logs, (Lincoln Logs look) . We are are going to build on 40 areas 100% off the grid in Seligman, AZ 86337. So would be helpful to know AZ codes (Yavapai County) . I live in the east county of San Diego. Can meet up with to go over this build.
