Interior 4 wall not closing properly on ext 6 wall?

I have an interior 4" wall flush with the inside face of a 6" exterior wall, the 6" walls are not closing properly, i have checked to make sure all walls are standard top and bottom heights.

I have never seen this before.

The two exterior walls are different types but the same thickness and main layers and dimension layers.

 

Any ideas?

Try using the wall corner connection tool to heal that corner. Also pull the 4" int. wall back first.
