Interior Elevations - View thru Openings?

Sometimes Interior Elevations show some part of the Wall thru an opening (Doorway).  Is there a way to control that other than using a Back Clipped Cross Section?

 

Note:  This usually happens when a 3D Molding is on a Wall beyond the Opening.  I use such 3D Moldings for Wainscot vertical boards.  IMO, since they are not in the Room, they shouldn't be visible in the Interior Elevation.
