interiorarch
Hello. Attached is the Chief Architect file to open and use for reference to my questions* I am currently re-creating a floor plan in Chief Architect based off the same floor plan exported from SketchUp. The overall ceiling height for the first floor is suppose to be 10'. The good news is that after doing a "spot check" with the same house in SketchUp room dimensions all line up. However, when I go into Chief's "Normal Room Defaults" areas to change sizes have been locked out. Also, when you are in the "Perspective Floor Overview" you will notice under the base of the house, drywall or some other type of wall material recess into the blank area of the plan. Could someone let me know why this might also be happening? Absolute Elevations Floor Above (A) : 121 3/4" Ceiling (B) : Floor (C) : 0" Floor Below (D) : 0" ____________________________ Relative Heights Rough Ceiling (E) : 109 1/8" Finished Ceiling (F) : 107 5/8" SWT To Ceiling (G) : 109 1/8" Ceiling Below (H) : 0" Stem Wall (I) : 24 3/4" ____________________________ Thank You!
