Your framer will love this .. Whole house estimates are from $199.00 and include roofing, siding, drywall, insulation, doors and windows, electrical, plumbing, flooring. If you hand plans to your subs and let them do the quantity take offs, you can be sure you are paying more than you should .. I can give you the cost controls you need ..
