I could not locate the LSU28 but I could locate a LUS28-2 in Mnf Catalogs - refer pic below?

Note my downloaded of your symbol shows a "gap" in the vertical flange.

I just tested the import on a second machine and it imported properly. This should be imported as a library item not as a symbol. If your system is set to download calibz files with chief then it should show up in your user catalog. If you have team viewer I can do this for you remotely, just shoot me a PM. Thanks
