Stucco Covered Parapet Patio

Using Chief X8, Windows 10, 6GB Ram, HP Pavillion AIO with integrated graphics. 

I need an examples or technique for creating a Patio with a 3 foot stud framed parapet atop the patio cover.

I would create a second floor, if you don't already have one, and use a railing wall on top for the parapet unless you need to shape that parapet wall with curves then you would use A P-solid for that. There are of course other ways to do it too.

Agree with above, creating a second floor to control the parapet is the best way to go.
