RInesta Posted July 24, 2016 Share Posted July 24, 2016 Have a current CA X8 license and have been using it ever since upgrading in February 2016. Went to open program today and received the message "License Deactivation Required". This has happened before since I also use the software on my Surface PRO... however, neither computer is currently logged in and when I do go to my account online to see what computers might be activated, it states "You do not have any active licenses". lbuttery Posted July 24, 2016 Share Posted July 24, 2016 Rick: while someone may have advice you may have to wait until Monday to reach tech support the hours are 6 AM - 5 PM Pacific if you can get into you digital locker there should be an emergency password but if it says you don't have any active licenses then ???
