License Deactivation Required

Have a current CA X8 license and have been using it ever since upgrading in February 2016.  Went to open program today and received the message "License Deactivation Required".  This has happened before since I also use the software on my Surface PRO... however, neither computer is currently logged in and when I do go to my account online to see what computers might be activated, it states "You do not have any active licenses".

 

Has anyone else come across this? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated... thanks!

while someone may have advice

 

you may have to wait until Monday to reach tech support

 

the hours are 6 AM - 5 PM Pacific

 

if you can get into you digital locker there should be an emergency password

 

but if it says you don't have any active licenses then ???
