How does this happen with Angle Snaps toggled on?

Whats even more amazing to think about is, Did Chief Architect build their software in such a way that when something as small as this angle is off by, it results in a building error..!

---- I was never one for code, but that's pretty darn impressive code..!

This has happened to me countless times.. Its all about straightening your roof plans out.

Here is a simple onlay symbol I did for a client last year. And since its been four hundred and fifty six thousand years since I last posted, I thought...!

Symbol is in 3Ds format for easy install on all versions of Chief. Instructions included.

Hey Guys,

I had some new textures I made over the last few weeks, and thought why not bundle them up for Chief users, as I so rarely get a chance to come by anymore - had to bring a gift.

As you can Imagine, My Client not only went with my EXACT design with almost no changes, but they were so impressed they passed it along to friends that lead to about 4 new jobs so far. I was so BLOWN away I just had to share with all of you guys.

Yea, she did them all in Chief - She is amazing and fast..! I now put her fee in almost every job I do. Her kitchens which I will post next week, are just as stunning..! 

Just had to give her Kudos..! 

Here is one she did last week. This client was so pleased, he paid double..!   --  I mean, WHO DOES THAT..!!

Anyways I had to share, as Lourdes is a great addition to anyone out there doing plans in Chief. Chief makes it easy to draw, and with people like Lourdes, it now even easier to sell.

Hey Guys,

I just had to share. I have been using a 3D Design master Lourdes to do some clean up on a few projects of mine. Take a looks at the latest one she did. For just a few bucks, she took my plan and turned it into what my clients called, "SOLD"  I wanted to help spread the word about her, as she was quick, fast and rather inexpensive. 

These are awesome - thank you so much for your amazing hard work..! 

p.s. My Daughter is still in the fight... But thanks so much for your support and prayers - you have been such a blessing indeed..!

David - on another note. I think I asked this before but don't remember getting an answer.

I have your niche but cannot get it to resize below about 18" wide. I often use a 14" in showers.

Is there a way around this?

Great question - I think what I will do is try to make another one. It's very strange indeed that it will not re-size lower then 18" - I also wonder why Chief never made one, and if they experience the same issue..???

I also wonder about an all you can eat diet. I feel I've been on this diet since day 1...!

Luz takes great care over each view that she does, very clear from her examples as you can see, she is mastered the art of design, and is one of the pro's in this business. Hope all is well, its been awhile for me coming back to the forum. Here in California the building industry is ROCKETTING off..! So hopefully its trickling down to the other states..!

Strange request - and need. I have a awesome client in Michigan, named Michael Drew. He is building a very unique home and has a great need for a designer in Chief Architect. He needs everything inside his new CASTLE to be designed. Its a great job for anyone skilled in Chief to do the 3D magic that Chief does so well.

Now, I have worked with Drew for years on many projects and I can tell you he is an awesome client, pays on time, works well with others and most importantly very nice man.
